Purpose: Through the increases progressively load strength swimming exercise to exhaustive,observed rats blood serum and in the different skeletal muscular tissue,such as red and white,bends and extensor,upper and lower limbs muscle change of ROS,MDA,SOD and T-AOC in different intensity and the different time.Research content: First,to observed the change of blood serum,red and white,bends and extensor,upper and lower limbs skeletal muscle organization free radical metabolism and the antioxidat enzyme response. Second,seeks its change tendency through observation different muscular tissue free radical metabolism and the antioxidat enzyme response,to discussed"the free radical threshold"whether exists. Third,discussion whether blood free radical metabolism and lactic acid is connected.Research approach: Seventy-two male Wistar rats were randomly assigned to 9 groups of 8 each,1 control group(C group) and 8 exercise groups (E1-E8 group).The rats accumulates by 1% body weight load to carries on increases progressively the load swimming exercise,according to the following 8 level:1% body weight load,swims 10min; 2% body weight load,swims 10min; 3% body weight load,swims 10min; 4% body weight load,swims 5min; 5% body weight load,swims 5min; 6% body weight load,swims 5min; 7% body weight load,swims 5min; 8% body weight load swimming to exhaustive. When completes a level,draws a group of rats'blood and the soleus,red gastrocnemius,white gastrocnemius,rectus femoris muscle,biceps femoris muscle and biceps brachii muscle,uses the color method to determine the rats blood serum and various muscular tissues MDA,ROS,T-AOC,SOD,LA.Result: 1. MDA: The preliminary stage,exercise group MDA compares the control group have slightly reduces , then ascension fast. The blood serum , white gastrocnemius , rectus femoris muscle elevate obviously start by the E6 group(p<0.05),E8 group have the extremely significance difference with C group (p<0.01); The soleus,red gastrocnemius E5 group elevates (p<0.05),E8 group have the remarkable difference with C group (p<0.05); biceps femoris muscle assumes the increasing tendency,E6 group slope is big; Biceps brachii musculus assumes drop tendency,there's no remarkable difference.2.ROS: The whole assumes escalation trend,the initial stage ascension scope is small,and afterwards fast ascension,the elevates time is consistent with MDA. The blood serum,the soleus musculus,red gastrocnemius,white gastrocnemius,rectus femoris muscle,biceps femoris muscle the exhaustive group obviously higher than C group (p<0.01); The biceps brachii musculus changes not obviously.3.SOD: The blood serum assumes the drop tendency,each group have no remarkable differences; The biceps brachii musculus assumes the elevate tendency,E8 group obviously higher than C group(p<0.05); Other spot muscular tissue assumes reduces after slight elevates. The soleus,red gastrocnemius,white gastrocnemius E1-E3 groups is higher than C group,afterwards drops gradually,E8 group obviously lower than C group (p<0.05); rectus femoris muscle,biceps femoris muscle E1-E6 group elevates gradually,E6 group is higher than C group(p<0.05),E7,E8 groups obviously drop,but still slightly higher than C group.4.T-AOC: The blood serum E1-E4 groups drops slightly,E5-E6 groups has the ascension slightly,E8 group reduces to the peaceful level below. Skeletal muscle T-AOC change tendency is consistent with SOD,but the low-intensity,the short time exercise soleus,red gastrocnemius T-AOC ascension is not obvious.5.Blood lactic acid change: The E1-E5 groups assumes the ascension tendency,E6 group sharp growth and obviously higher than E5 group(p<0.05),E6-E8 groups have the extremely significance difference with C group (p<0.01).Conclusion:1. Increasing load strength swimming to exhaustive,the rats different spot skeletal muscle free radical metabolism and the antioxidat enzyme response be different.2. In the increasing load swimming rate process, the rats blood serum,soleus,red gastrocnemius,white gastrocnemius,rectus femoris muscle,and biceps femoris muscle free radical curve appeared the obvious inflection point."The free radical threshold" is existence.3. Blood serum free radical change tendency with blood lactic acid is consistent,Can through the blood lactic acid reflect the free radical, in the health sports or athletics training the blood lacticacid inflection point appears, should reduce exercise or give the anti-oxidized tonic.
