150 hearing disabilities in Grade1-4 who study in Shanghai Deaf-mute Vocational School were chosen to be the samples of this paper, the author has made a thorough investigation into their extra-curricular physical exercises and its'factors that affect the present conditions by using questionnaire, the documentary data, mathematical statistics and interview, then obtains the present situation characteristic of the exercise time, frequency, intensity, compartment, stadium and content; Furthermore, through analyzing eight factors of"Exercise Attitude Scale", exercise motivation and all that influence extracurricular physical exercise behavior factors of the high school students with hearing disability, this study probes into the concrete factors that affect their extracurricular physical exercise behavior. The results are as follows:The actualities: the overwhelming majority schoolmates are willing to participate in the extracurricular physical exercise, but the proportion of them who puts the intention into action is lower; No matter boys and girls, extracurricular physical exercise is primarily at small stage of amount of exercise primarily; In the exercise frequency and time, the partial students still revealed the insufficiency in the exercise frequency and time; In the exercise intensity, most of them are in a low level, the girls are more obvious; In the exercise time quantum , the boys distribute strongly, but the girls are more dispersible; the exercise contents are tend to be diversified, but still focus on their conventional teaching items ,such as ball games.Influence factors: In the exercise attitude, there is a significant correlation between boys'sports exercise grades and three latitudes such as behavioral habits, behavioral intention, and emotional experience; while girls'grades were found to be related with behavioral habits and subjective criteria; In the exercise motivation, the key motivation for the high school students with hearing disabilities to do physical exercises is their awareness for the value of exercises; As far as constraining factors in participating in the physical exercise are concerned, we need to pay more attention to the limited time, lack of exercise space and exercise contents; Furthermore, the factor that parents worry about the safety of their children in doing physical exercises is also worth paying attention.According to body and mind characteristics of the students in Deaf-Mute Vocational School and the analysis of the actualities and influence factors, the author mainly proposes eight operational countermeasures and suggestions, such as the sports funds, the inside and outside physical exercise exchange cooperation, the extracurricular physical training development, the extracurricular sports training team's construction, gym instructor's development and continuing education, the way to cultivate the exercise attitude and stimulate the exercise motivation, the teaching strategies, which can promote the development of their extracurricular physical exercises.
