Research on primary and middle schools' IT class teaching theory is more and more focused among educationists. With unceasingly deepened reform on basic education and the effect of new course concept of taking students' development as its core, researchers have done some thinking and research work on how to optimize it, however, the research focusing on nonintellectual factors of optimizing is comparatively less. Considering the importance of nonintellectual factors to talents' cultivation, this paper expects to improve teacher's teaching and student's learning based on students' learning interest and integrated with the IT course teaching under the new course concept.The paper focuses on the investigation and analysis of the status on the learning interests in IT course of senior high school students as well as the method and content of optimizing the teaching process based on learning interest. The author does questionnaires, interviews and attends lectures to some high schools in Jinhua City, reads and analyzes numbers of related documents, then finds how to solve the above-mentioned problems. Based on students' interest, the author explores the general process on how to optimize the IT course teaching by the four aspects of class introduction, new lesson instruction, computer practice and class ending. The optimization of the four aspects emphasizes respectively on situational adjustment and interest stimulation, cognitive development and interest cultivation, innovation encouragement and interest consolidation, and quality improvement and interest enhancement. Finally, the paper makes some reflection on the optimized process IT course teaching, including the assessment of students' marks, interests, and possible problems that might meet with.The innovational part of the paper is the focus on students' interest in the process of optimizing senior high school's IT course teaching. To stimulate and develop student's interests in learning is the key to have students devote to the course. By the process of optimizing class teaching, to have students continuously maintain their study interests in IT course and developed as a permanent motivation of study, that class teaching quality and student's information accomplishment can be promoted. In addition, the try of this optimization might be a reference for the teaching of other courses.
