But "the popularity" of higher education causes kinds of undesirable tendency, such as good students and bad mixed up, the good and evil intermingled, etc.Because of the transformation and contradiction of the new old system, impact and the evolution of morality, as well as the readjustment and assignment of different kinds of benefits, the phenomena of bribes, power money transaction, corruption and degeneration, profession corruption and so on, thus emerge. It not only creates the serious consequence in the society, but also has bad influence on teenagers' morality which causes the decrease of some youth university students' moral quality. In view of this objective reality, it is each educator's sacred responsibility how to deal with the honest government educational work of the young university students under the new situation and to guarantee the realization of the university personnel training goal.How to do well "the contemporary university students' honest government education research" and complete the counter work has become the new demand under the new situation.From the aspect of honest government education, the current thesis has conducted the deep research to the theory background and practice pattern of the university students' honest government education in view of the contemporary realistic question.The current thesis consists of five chapters.
