Education ministry had put forward a proposal that E-education project,a main drive of education modernization,would be formally listed to state major project.It is an important target of developing our country's educational cause to quicken educational informationize and drive education modernization.So these questions which are paid more attentions to by the academic and practical workers in the modern educational technology are about how to renovate the traditional teaching manners by using the information technology;how to make use of information technology better of the activitiies in the education and the teaching.This topic focuses on the applying condition of the information technology and teachers in the middle and primary school in HeBei province through questionare, observation and visiting methods,furthermore analyzes some important related causes and puts forward some correspond policies.The paper is divided into six parts:Chapter1,introuduces the resource and meaning of this research.Chapter2,summerizes the current domestic and international research situations and definites some relevant concepts.Chapter3, illustrates the establishment and process of this research method in details.Chapter4, analyzes the situations of information technology applied by teachers and middle and primary schools in HeBei province according to the data of questionare.Chapter5, puts forward some main problems in the process of applying these information technologies.Chapter6,posts some suggestions to prompt teachers,cultivate college students' abilities to apply these information technology and train teachers on the site effectively.
