Preliminary Research, Control The Cost Of School Education In The Building Of A New Secondary School

The construction of new campus is a key factor affecting the cost management of high schools. As is known, the pursuit of scale and extravagance prevails nowadays. Thus, the unreasonable design or construction may contribute to the sharp increase of operation costs of schools. This article mainly deals with the constitution of school operation cost, the contents of new campus construction as well as the actual effects it may have on the operation cost. Based on the foregoing analyses, certain practical measures are to be put forward pertinently.Combined with well-grounded literatures and the integration of theory with practice, it is supposed that the appropriate scale of school-running and new campus construction should be taken into consideration at blueprint stage. Therefore, by the scientific overall arrangement of teaching facilities and resources as well as the characteristic campus sights, we can achieve the balance between the decrease of both construction costs and management costs. As the project administrators, we are supposed to intensify the instructions in project planning and reduce the school-running costs by analyzing the life span of the buildings. Meanwhile, we are to maintain the rational distribution of teaching facilities, enhance the rate of utilization and lower the extra expenditure.The study of standards of new campus construction and the measures of cost management matters a lot to the school administrators, which may furthermore, form a sound ground for the establishment of educational policies.
