Teacher professional development requires teachers to have educational wisdom, the new curriculum reform requires teachers to have educational wisdom, and the upgrading of the quality of teachers' life requires teachers to have educational wisdom. The educational wisdom of teachers is a systematic wisdom which forms in the educational context basing on teachers' love, including educational faith, educational tact and teaching art and so on. It is a comprehensive product of teachers' rational wisdom, emotional wisdom and practical wisdom. It is a good character which embodies in the teachers' fine act. It is incarnated in the grasping the laws of the educational work, profound understanding of creative control, sharp wit and flexible response to cope with by the teachers.Phenomenological pedagogy upholds the concept of the phenomenology which goes back to things themselves and life-world. It pays great attention to the educational things which occur in the educational scene and in the educational context. This paper discusses the educational wisdom of teachers through using correlative theories of phenomenological pedagogy and the method of explanatory phenomenon. It takes peixin primary school for example to discuss the educational wisdom of teachers in a concrete educational context. It mainly discusses teachers' educational wisdom in which they perform in their classes, analyzes the relation of teachers' reflective notes and the educational wisdom, and describes the experience of students and teachers in the school context.Teacher's educational wisdom can not obtain directly through study, but it needs teachers to produce in practice. Therefore, the author discusses the producing of educational wisdom of teachers in four aspects. The teachers' love is the emotional foundation to produce it. The life world is the source to produce it. The teachers' individual knowledge is the knowledge foundation to produce it. And teachers can obtain educational wisdom through reflective their educational experience.
