The socialism harmonious society is a subject which belongs to the country's construction in our current society. The fair justice is one of the important characters in the socialism harmonious society. Educational fair is especially social justice ,which manifests in the educational domain ,at the same time ,it is the foundation of social justice. There are unfair phenomena in the reality education system. The unfair educational problems of weak trend community become outstanding. This requests us to pay more attention to the poor people fair at first, then the education should approach the poor people to be fair.The paper precisely studies the education of poor people from educational fair sight. We can melt the rich and poor by use of educational fairness and prevent the polarization. From historical data ,the educational development in China could carefully examine a general trend which started education to the development of common people. through the Spring and Autumn Period Warring States time the academic under moved,The feudal educational system and the imperial civil service examination system gradually opened a door to the common and junior people,with the beginning of modern common people's ideological trend. China established, the education of workers and peasant could be started in several aspects. Regarding Chinese educational history angle ,we can discuss the poor in the ancient times ,which had provided certain model significance for us. Regards the poor people throughout the education fair ,which is a kind of big philosophy category to view the question, involves "fairly" "educational fair" and other correlation concept explanation. Especially the elaboration of educational fair theory. Taking educational fair angle carefully examines the poor people as a starting point, we should establish one system in the final analysis to be intimated with the poor people in the educational system. Thirdly, the pedagogical colleges and universities must strengthen the normal school pedagogical and education, not only causes the students to achieve one's own moral worth, but also wants to benefit everybody. Finally, the poor oneself depend on the concern and the help which the society gives, and they must through the inner rich world realization to own affirmation and get rid of poor.We should pay attention to the poor education, not denies the rich and the education of outstanding people. Education fair is a relativity concept ,which is the possibility and the idealistic unification ,we should manifest the differences. But China now occupies the socialism initial stage, we face the Chinese overwhelming majority common people, the education which pay attention to the poor appears especially important. The former scholars pay attention to the elaboration of education fair concept, namely from macroscopic theory system research to study the educational fair question.
