With the development of society, more and more people are absorbed in the education of immigrant children recently.As the primary school of compulsory education to the immigrant children, the immigrant children's school was compelled to remove frequently. As the same time, the teachers run out frequently too. So the immigrant children can't help but face the new teacher continually. It's a serious challenge to them, and it's an important reason of the parent's dissatisfaction with the school.The author's purpose is to investigate this matter during the process of the school management, and to analyze the reasons, the rules, the characters of the teacher's running out. The article shall discuss the result of the problem, and to explain how to keep the stabilization of the teachers.The investigation will provide the suggestions of supervises for the government, and be avail to reform the environment of the teacher's development. The investigation will be avail to construct the better school, and accelerate the immigrant children's happy too.The author take an immigrant children school as a case, especially the junior high school of it, and apply several methods to research the problem, such as by the literature, observation, and interview. Generally speaking, the teachers of the immigrant children's school would be likely to leave the school on condition that: the poor wage, the absence of labor and social security, the trial work and life environment, the hopeless professional foreground, the absence of the sense of success, the low social class, and the unsuccessful recruitment. Misfit request of the school, or meet the new opportunity. In addition, the school's disorganization and recombine are important reasons too.The author does not think the immigrant children will benefit from the frequently teacher's drain. On the contrary, it will affect the lessons of the children badly, and also influence the other teachers.How to solve this question?The author give some suggestions as flows:Firstly, supervise deeply by the government.The school's organizational structure, the teachers' qualification, the labor contract and the labor insurance, the personnel scale, the compensation and welfare, the work environment and task, as well as the teachers' training of the immigrant children's school should be regulated in detail. The government should audit, direct, monitor the school termly, and treat the legal school equally.Secondly, reinforce the social support and restriction.We should donate, teach the children freely, train the teachers freely, call on more people to support the teachers of the immigrant children's school. As the same time, we should give some advice about how to make use of the donation, and insure the teachers' interest.At last, the school governors should improve the managerial effect by himself eternally.They can make perfect plan of income and expenses, establish the mechanism of recruit effectively and compete friendly, cultivate an atmosphere of favorable. They should finish the mission if they have the strong sense of responsibility.
