Influence Development Of Colleges And Universities In Tianjin High-level Track And Field Team Factors

Since 1986 when the former National Education Committee and National Physical Education Committee proposed that universities should establish sports teams with high level,these sports teams have achieved exciting success.However,according to the participation of these teams in recent World University Sports Meets,the teams were far from satisfaction that National Education Committee solely could organize sports team to take part in the World University Sports Meet.The paper focuses on the research concerning the developing factors to impact on Tianjin City university high level sports teams in order that through the study we could get to know the major factors to impact on the high level sports team in track and field and try to propose reasonable suggestions so that it can practically present the basic theoretical support to develop high level sports team in Tianjin.even throughout the whole country.By means of literature document,expert interview,questionnaire,statistics,comparison and contrast,etc,it comes to the following conclusions:1.The high level sports team in Tianjin has made a great progress during the development of over ten years.In the Seventh World University Sports Meet,it ranged top 4 of the track and field in first group.From the achievement it seems to range the top among our country,yet according to the medals distribution,to some extent the team in Tianjin develops out of balance.2.The advantages for the development in Tianjin high level sports team are:better ground track field,and better training facilities which provide better training condition;the better construction of the coaches who have the capacity and qualification and receive the full coach's training;the better management of sports students' status and study which plays an important role in solving the conflict between study and training.3.The disadvantages are:not enough emphasis from the leaders;lack of money; unreasonable arrangement of projects and matches;less combination between scientific research and training;less students with high level;sports students lacking in motivation and inactive in training.4.The group of coaches have rather good capacity and qualification and basically are competent for training and administration.However,universities cannot provide high-tech training condition so that coaches couldn't make a good combination between scientific research and training.And less of them have the Master's Degree.5.The differences of the sports teams between non-focus university and focus university are: training time,grade of sports students,and chances to participate in match and investment. Apparently the situation of the sports team in focus university is better than that in non-focus.
