On The Specialization Of University Students In China

With a comprehensive reform of higher education and the rapid development of China's higher education, China's college students work is facing unprecedented challenges. For now, many problems exist in the aspects of the development of college students work, operation mechanism and management models, such as "re-form, light theory", "weight management, light services", and this is need to be solved exactly. Specialization is an inevitable development trend of China's students work, and it provides us a new perspective to solve these problems.In this paper, from the meaning and the current situation of China's college students work, specialization has been the inrevitable trend of college students work in China. According to using case studies and comparative analysis, this paper aims to get some valuable results on the construction of specialized models and routing advice. I believe that our universities can learn advanced concept from the western university, establish people-centered development model, which requires us to establish a "people first" work ethic, and vigorously promote the students to work in the professional construction, and build a kind of flat and vertical structure of the student work system, and focus on student work specialization and the scientific content system of student work. This study will help us grasp more scientific content of the university students work, clarity the aim of education, management, guidance and services, promote the study of theory on china's college students work, also with a reference and guidance on construction of new concepts system.
