Study, Based On Differences In Teaching Network Teaching Interaction Strategy

The Online Education provides many chances for more and more people to learn new knowledge and techniques. Along with the improvement of the acceptance of Online Education, the Online Education is developed widely and quickly. There are some questions we should study in network learning environment, such as how to improve the interaction strategy of Online Education, how to excite study motivation of students, and so on. Among these, the learner achievement motivation is the hot pot for study since the achievement motivation is put forward. What is the correlation between achievement motivation and Online Education interaction strategy? How they interact each other and what kind of Online Education interaction strategy could maximum exert the achievement motivation of the network learner? There are not certain answers for there questions.In the paper, studies from the view of learner and pointed to the network courses education in colleges and universities, the domain and current status of the Online Education interaction strategy is analyzed with literature research method in the direction of relative teaching theories, and the views of learners for Online Education interaction strategy and their achievement motivation level in the network courses environment are investigated with questionnaire investigation method and interview method. Then, the correlative study between Online Education interaction strategy and network learner achievement motivation is made based on the investigation data, and the improvement should be done for increasing the achievement motivation of the learners by the teachers and network courses designers is discussed on the Online Education interaction environment designing level, and then the suggestion is put forward for high efficient interaction strategy teaching and other network courses interaction studies.The relativity study frame of Online Education interaction strategy and learner achievement motivation is put forward based on the reference of the relative research findings in domestic and abroad, and the questionnaire is established and modified according to predecessors' research findings, the degree of belief of the table is determined by twice fore measurements. The study subject is the normal school students and education master who take the course of "Modern Educational Technology" in Shaanxi Normal University.450 questionnaires are issued and 435 are effective."Online Education interaction strategy questionnaire" and "Achievement target questionnaire" are used for study. The data is studies with Excel 2003 and SPSS 16 for Windows.Following results are got:1. The achievement motivation of students studying in network platform will be affected by the facts such as the familiar level of students for network environment, variety of resource provided by network platform, multiple kinds of discussions and topics and the monitor and feedback of teachers for students study.2. The arts and science students are quite different in precession organizer strategy and dialogue strategy, and the students of arts possess higher level than those of science. The normal school students and education masters possess remarkable difference in precession organizer strategy, motivation strategy, sensibility strategy and dialogue strategy, and the level of education masters is higher than the normal school students. The level of female is higher than male on precession organizer strategy.3. The arts and science students are quite different in mastery-target tendency type and grade-target withdrawal type. The students of arts possess higher level than those of science. The normal school students and education masters possess remarkable difference on the four dimensionalities of achievement motivation, and the level of education masters is higher than the normal school students. The level of the female is higher than male on mastery-target tendency, but no difference on other dimensionalities.Thus, the following suggestions are put forward:1. The function of the network interactive platform should be intelligent and convenient for student to quickly improve the platform operation. The interface design should be clear, easy and fast for information delivery. The network teaching platform should provide more multi-media resources and fully exert the advantage of network teaching and multiple-sense study of the students. Teachers should take part in the discussion of students to flourish the mood and improve the enthusiasm of the students, they should let students hold lecture to share their own study experience and achievement, thus create more chance for students to communicate. Moreover, teachers should pay much more attention on students, such as ask students hand in their homework on time, answer question and feed back in time, and monitor and evaluate on-line study time and status of student.2. For the students of arts, we should strengthen the information technique training and provide more abundance and open resources and study activities cushy as debates and competitions to exert their enthusiasm, and for the students of science, we should strengthen the conception and cases teaching. For the normal school students, we should increase the task teaching to exert their independence in discussion and provide them excitation and increase their study motivation, and for education masters, we should provide more abundance and open study resource by increasing network platform assistance measures and increase their study motivation and adscription with inspirit method, besides, we should provide study privacy strategy and enhance management and monitor. For female, we should provide comprehensive information technique and network platform assistance to help them into study status as soon as possible, and for male, we should guide them to study on-line with positive mind.3. The features of students of mastery-target tendency type, mastery-target withdrawal type, grade-target tendency type and grade-target withdrawal type. Should be concerned during network teaching interaction strategy designing because the relativity of each dimensionality of these four types' students on network teaching interaction strategy is all notable.At last, this research given a new network construction framework, and instructions of E-Learning Platform.
