Flexible Management Of The Yunnan University Yangpu Campus Students Study

Since the year of 2000, with the deepening of the structural reform of higher education in our country, the combination and expend of campus building in universities have been developing in large scale. Thus, kinds of new campus have appeared. New campuses are far away from cities, incomplete in hardware facilities and lacking of cultural foundation, and as well as the only children who are with unsatisfactory adaptability and strong inverse psychology take the majority of students, which bring more difficulties and challenges for the student management on new campuses. Facing the challenges mentioned above and in order to realize the harmony of student management and training qualified personnel, it is sorely necessary to explore practical ways to solve the problems above.This paper will study the flexible management and analyses the problems existing in student management on Yunnan university new campuses, and furthermore, use the theory of public management to analyses and explore new approaches suited to the student management on college new campuses, which will provide a kind of new idea for colleges to do better in student management.
