Student information management system is a typical management information system (MIS), the development mainly includes two parts: the establishment and maintenance of background database, the development of foreground application program,moreover,it is nessary for the database with data uniformity,integrity and data security and application program with strong functions and easy to use .In this thesis,BaoTou Science&Technology Children's Palace Student information management system was designed and implemented based on the practical business requirements of BaoTou Science&Technology Children's Palace.The main tasks and features in this thesis can be summarized as follows:1,design and implementation of student information management systemwith three-tier computation model The system logic computation model ,including user presentation layer,business logic layer and data access layer,is built by analyzing the features of BaoTou Science&Technology Children's Palace Student information management system,the business logic layer takes charge of presentation layer is the human-computer interaction interface of BaoTou Science&Technology Children's Palace Student information management system. The business logic layer takes charge of the responses from user's requests of presentation layer,the perform of student management tasks and the communication with database and background application,and then it will send the feedback to user presentation layer; The data access layer provides data services for user presentation layer and business logic layer according to student management information database.Based on the three-tier computation model,the system main modules,such as class management,student management, query management , document transfer and so on, are designed and implemented.2,the implementation of attendance data synchronization betweenone-card-pass system with office automation systemFor data synchronization technology between one-card-pass system with office automation system,we adopt socket communication technology for implementing the platform-independent data synchronization. The approach will upate data immediately in the office automation system when the one-card-pass system has new records,and then the attendance results are submitted according to these datas .3,the implementation of student's photo data accessThe direct access technology is adopted for dealing the photo datas of Children's Palace student ,namely we store the photo image informations in the database table.in the same time,we also implement the design of database table used storing photo datas, the single read of photo datas stored in database table and the read and display control of photo datas stored in database table.
