Based On Itil Vocational Institutions Information Systems Operation And Maintenance Of Software Design And Implementation

With the advancement of the construction of digital campus in High Vocational Colleges, the amount of management information system increases rapidly. Traditional operation and maintenance management in High Vocational Colleges can no longer meet the requirements of the development of information technology of colleges; operation and maintenance management of colleges are facing new challenges. Operation and maintenance management of colleges must be reformed in the service type, management means in order to adapt to the new requirements of the development of the colleges informatization.The trend of IT operation and maintenance is automation, the standard methods and processes that it advocates provide us a better idea of solving the problem of IT management in colleges. ITIL is the best practice about the process of operation and maintenance management; It can provide scientific theoretical basis and normal workflow assurance.This article presents the existing problems in operation and maintenance of High Vocational Colleges firstly, and then discusses the present situation and the needs of operational maintenance management in Sichuan High Vocational Colleges. Combing the present situation of college IT management departments and refering to the framework of ITIL V3.0, the operation and maintenance model of High Vocational Colleges for MIS based on ITIL (HVCM_OMM) is proposed. The functions of operation and maintenance management information system of MIS are discussed in detail and use case diagrams are Staffd to model these functions. The activity diagrams, flow charts, state diagrams and class diagrams are applied to design and model the management process of HVCM_OMM secondly. Then object relative mapping (ORM) technology is used to design database, and smart client technology based on .Net framework is Staffd to design and implement the prototype system of operation and maintenance service manangement of MIS. The implementation of error manangemnt process is gived in detail finally.
