| With the rapid economic development of Zhejiang, Zhejiang Education is also a fertile piece of land off quickly. 2009, 1000 the total enrollment of college students in Zhejiang, nearly 26.7 million, of which there are only vocational 11.6 thousand. As the late start vocational college, a relatively low level of information technology and management system and mode as the difference between ordinary colleges and universities in the information management system is not suitable for the actual needs of higher vocational colleges, and each colleges and universities in its own information management system should also keep pace to meet their individual needs.Currently in our hospital has a dedicated logistics management, financial systems, but not a set of tailored logistics for the hospital payment system, with the growing number of college students, university fees is bound to increase the difficulty of the work. There is an urgent need for a fully functional payment system targeted to help support staff work from a complex freed. In this paper, the reality from the hospital, on the basis of conducting needs analysis, design and implement a vocational back-charging system.The system uses UML modeling, using B/S system structure, using SQLServer2000 database management system to Dreamweaver 8 as a design platform, using ASP.NET technology development Web page, using OLE DB and ADO technology to access the database.Firstly,This paper analyzes the current status of Rear toll system;secondly, describes UML modeling function of the system structure and behavior characteristics based on the demand analysis; thirdly, describes the various modules of the system's functionality, database design; finally, developes the charge system based on B/S structure and ASP.NET technology.This system will effectively reduce the burden of logistics staff to improve efficiency, information technology for the development of our hospital to provide strong technical support. Practice has proved that development of this system for the development and design of similar systems have some promotional and practical value. |
