Graduate Document Management System Based On B / S Mode

With the social development and education system reform, graduate enrollment expanded and the number of graduate increased every year,More and more information and data need to be addressed in the work of graduate education management.The traditional graduate training management style can not meet the requirements. Inoder to improve the graduate management level, the graduates'research work and quantitative management must be recordered. So as to improve tutor's management level and efficiency, to use modern computer network technology fully and to achieve teacher- student integration office automation and resource sharing, a comprehensive graduate studies process document management system is needed urgently to support the work of higher education administration.The thesis starts from the requirement which the tutor can understand, monitor and control the progress of the student's study, use the current design of MVC framework,combining Struts and Hibernate technology, using the Eclipse development platform, under the Tomcat and SQLServer environment, accomplishs Graduate document management system based on B/S mode, it concretely fulfills statistical analysis, journal management, document management, research direction, comment management, log management, participate in project, system maintenance and other eight function modules.In the development process of graduate document management system, firstly, it gives the detailed analysis and description for the demand of the system functions. The design part gives the general framework, conducts a more detailed design and description of blocks of each function, database, silent and moving model. Then, the system implementation part gives the realization of the key technical architecture, and set document up load for example and gives its code and result picture.Finally,it summarizes the main contests and gievs some suggestions for the future work.The research and application of the system can manage graduate studies process effectly, achieves to dilivery and share for the study documents and archievs information sharing, ensures the consistency and inheritance of study derection, provides a way and platfom for tutors to understand, track , monitor the process of graduates'learning and study, improves the tutors manage efficiency and level.
