With the degree of automated processing of tobacco in a gradual increase, the robot-related research in the tobacco industry used have been more widespread.This paper conducts a study on the Box automatic devanning robot in the production of tobacco cigarette for our country, in accordance with the characteristics of wrapping box robot at the production line, we will carry out kinematics and dynamics research.First of all, this paper sets up kinematics model on the Box automatic devanning robot, analyze its kinematics problem and inverse problem, derives its Velocity Jacobian matrix. Then, It conducts dynamic and static analysis on the Box automatic devanning robot, sets up a Box automatic devanning robot dynamic equations, and analyzes it,Then the analysis of Box automatic devanning robot boom balance methods is discussed. Finally, this article analyzes the results of the Box automatic devanning robot sports simulation by use of simulation software UG, Use of results of the Box automatic devanning robot sports simulation to validate the scope of work and no-load exercise conducted, and analyze the characteristics of the joint exercise.Under certain conditions, This paper discusses the joint drive torque curve and the curve of the Box automatic devanning robot joint exercise. It provides a theoretical foundation for controller design, and effectively improve the Box automatic devanning robot design quality and shorten the design cycle. |
