| While the technology of science is developing continuously and meteorological information is needed more and more urgensociety for the people,the way to get meteorological data is more and more, the mount of data is greater and greater. The people need new skills to help analyze the huge amount of data and present the analysis products to the people by quickly. so that,the new business platform system produce.This thesis presents the theories and main techniques of the business platform based on the Oracle database and Struts +J2EE framework. The platform is Management Information System,it manages the huge amounts of meteorological information with modern database technology and network technology and provides the information for the people. First of all, we analysis and research the main business platforms applied to meteorological at home and abroad, and they are not suitable for application of modern meteorological services,so that, a new business platform with universal function has been producted;then,we carry on analysising the system requirement;after that,we design the system by designing the structure, function modules and interface.Finally introduce the platform realized. According to the characteristics of business platform,we select the Java language as the software development language, using the eclipse 3.1 as development environment.While the business platform will been completed, the database will management the data of meteorological, Inspecting and analysising data, as well as publishing the information will been consolidated into one platform.It will solve the problem of that there were lack of unified planning and standards and less sharing the information into the systems, it caused by history and technology.It will make the information shared. |
