As the soft-switching is continuously valued, the agreement, associated with it, is continuously improved and matured, The control and links between soft-switching and business application is achieved by the adoption of protocols and interface. in which SIP protocol has become one of the core control protocol in the modern communication network.Since the soft-switching technology has very big development space currently, many research organizations all come to research it, We Yunnan University, School of Information Central and local governments to build the network communication and wireless communication technologies laboratory has also joined the development and research of this aspect.
