With the rapid development of the coking industry in our country, the production scale of coking enterprise continues to expand, the variety of coking equipment is increasing and its price is becoming increasingly expensive, only equipment costs account for forty percent of coking cost. With the development of science and technology, the composition and function of coking equipment are more and more complex, the influence of its performance and status on production quality and cost is increasing. The aging of equipment also make repair and maintenance costs increase continually. Therefore, whether equipment management is good or bad will directly affect the economic benefits of enterprises. Improving the reliability of coking equipment has become the important examination indicators of production management in coking enterprise. So we develop and design the enterprise asset management information system that is aimed at the informatization management of coking equipment.Based on the coking equipment EAM project of Taiyuan coking plant, this paper introduces the analysis, design and implementation of system, according to the process of software engineering strictly. On the basis of investigating the enterprise, we confirm the business processes of equipment management for coking enterprise. Next we use object-oriented analysis and design method, and give the function requirement model , use case model, sequence model and class model of coking equipment EAM system based on UML, and propose a software system structure based on B/S mode. Conceptual data model and physical data model of system database are designed in a PowerDesigner database modeling environment. At the same time, the table structure and interface of database are designed. Finally we use J2EE technology and open-sourced SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate) framework to realize the system, and concerning the SSH framework, the implementation process of coking equipment EAM system are described detailly according to the persistence layer, business layer and presentation layer. On that basis, we test the system in order to guarantee the quality of software product that we delivered.The coking equipment EAM system is developed and designed based on J2EE, so the system has excellent probability, extensionality and reparability. The implementation of the system can not only help enterprise to realize the management of high value assets such as coking equipment, but also can improve the reliability of coking equipment, prolong the life of equipment, reduce the time of stopping work, lower the stock of spare parts, control the cost of maintenance and repair, and thus improve enterprise comprehensive economic benefits and competitiveness.
