Research And Design Of The Tax Data Information Mining Model

With the development of taxation in the industrial informatization, the reform of tax collection and management and the informatizational work in various regions is ever-growing. Centralized data processing of municipal taxation has been basically finished. Thus, the proposition of how to develop further and how to use the data resource is becoming urgent to be resolved. Decision Support System has gradually aroused high attention of taxation administrations in all levels, which main objective is to help the managers to make decision, eliminate disutility of labor, and enhance work efficiency with the information provided by in-depth data processing. The development and application of Decision Support System will certainly become the trend of the future industrial informatization of taxation. The thesis systematically studies the tax data and information mining model based on the Huai'an Local Taxtion's requirement for data query and analysis under the condition of the new tax collection and management and data centralizing. The main research results are as follows:First, according to the features of data warehouse and the practical situation of Huai'an Local Taxtion and the construction of informatization, the thesis raises the designing principles of data warehouse, designs the architecture of tax data warehouse and explains the functions of its components.Second, combining the operational features of local taxation, the thesis designs the subject framework of tax business application, which includes six main types, such as taxpayer, tax payment, behavior of tax management, material of tax management, institution of tax management and external information, etc.Third, the thesis describes two key implementation techniques---ETL and the front-end display in data warehouse, explains the ETL strategy and method of it and provides personalized ways of front-end application display for different users.The tax data warehouse system has already been used in practice and obtained good effect. It has improved the informtizational application level of Huai'an Local Taxation.
