Development of integrated circuits making the board with the higher density of the device, then the intensive chip pin and the internal function modules have become more and more difficult to detect, and using the traditional probe testing has been unable to meet this change. Density of the chip package, pin the increase, coupled with the density of printed circuit board are also growing, the chip interconnect test needs to address, while the test chip modules test has become a problem too.The proposed design fo test is a one way to solve the test problems mentioned above, which requires the circuit to be considered early in the design problem of system testing, and testing techniques based on boundary scan testability is a depth to chip testing techniques to complete the various levels of testing and built-in test.This article first discusses the background of the subject and its significance, along with a brief description of the testing techniques and operating system development status and trends. After the design of a circuit board fault diagnosis scheme for embedded software systems. Based on the hardware resources we run the system to achieve fault diagnosis of circuit board testing. Software systems for the embedded operating system platform, integration of the various functional modules, complete automatic testing and network testing needs, making the whole system to achieve real-time requirements of high efficiency, to achieve the desired effect.
