" Prosopography" is the investigation of the common background characteristics of a group of actors in history by means of a collective study of their lives. The method employed is to establish a universe to be studied, and then to ask a set of uniform questions.The various types of information about the individuals in the universe are then juxtaposed and combined, and are examined for significant variables. They are tested both for internal correlations and for correlations with other forms of behavior or action.The methodological issues are based on the creation of the database of the individuals, and we can create the method to research in the data in a formed style. This article is to create a database system on the " Dang Jian Wang" (Web for development of the CPC), to using the " Prosopography " method. The article is researching for the methodological issues in this way, and about how to create the databases for this aspect. Some special aspects and details is discussed and resolved.The article discussed the design and implementation of the database system, and how to using the method in detail. A C/S research tool is developed for this new historical researching method. Some common issues in society science about database design is discussed too.
