In China, mobile netizen population is growing fast, while mobile internet advertising market had rapid growth and has become the fastest growing media.With a view to the future development and need, the mobile internet advising market will focus on the enhanced precision advertising; optimize advertising effectiveness and technical oriented, but at the present stage, the disadvantage of Chinese mobile internet advising market was leap forward; bad organization and out-date extensive technology. Our mobile internet advertising Industry still focused on the traditional communication industry, they still lack the editing system, management model as a mutual media. Designed an interactive advertising system, which based on the 3G technology, and discussed some related technique and its implementation. The system referred above can automatically optimize the ads. effects and increase media revenues. It also has very expressive and participation ads. through the HTML5 technolgy. By using open source distributed cloud computing technology, the system may have the new ability to store the vast array of data of the internet user behavior and the Original Advertizing, also the ability to analyze and match those data.In this dissertation, we introduced the domestic and overseas present status and development trend in mobile internet advertising market, analyzed the need of background for mobile internet interactive advertising system, finally we draw a conclusion that the 3G mobile interactive advertising system should be adapted to the requirement of fast mobile internet development. Then the requirements on the 3G Interactive advertising system are analyzed, based on the study of above, we designed the new whole system and then described the system implementation in detail.
