Based On The Cach¨¦ Database Of Clinical Laboratory Information System Design And Implementation

As the most important part of modern hospital, clinical laboratory department becomes more and more important in clinical diagnose and disease treatment fields. Because the traditional clinical laboratory department's daily work dealing with a great number of testing data and extremely heavy task that it lead to many mistakes, low work efficiency and a bad management. The information age had a great impact on the management and operation mode of the department of clinical laboratory, which brought forth urgent improvements on the laboratory's management. At that time there came the laboratory information system which based on communication technology and computer technology.Cache is a kind of post-relational data base, which processes data and creates data base with object-oriented way. In dealing with real testing data, the objected-oriented design mode of Cache can be more easy and convenient to design. When relational data base have too many tables, this kind of design mode can solve appropriately the problems of create links between these tables.This essay discusses the concept of clinical laboratory information system and it's background, analyzing the clinical laboratory department of the daily working process, giving the interface types of laboratory testing machine. The essay introduces Cache data base and the related technical and theoretical knowledge in detail according to analysis of object-oriented Cache data base as well as it made comparisons between relational data base and post-relational data base. This essay explores the usage of Cache data base in clinical laboratory information system. It also designed clinical laboratory information system based on Cache data base. At last it briefly outlines the implementation process of the system.
