In order to simplify documents issuing of enterprise and government, sharing the system, also ensure document safety in drafting, preserving, and sharing, it is an important topic of enterprise normalization construction for establishing enterprise Document Management System (DMS) or Digital Assets Management System (DAM).Electric Power Company of A city is an enterprise under State Grid Corporation, which taking the responsibility to supply electronic power to six counties, two districts, and the down town area. With many well equipped working teams, the equipment management of this company involves a large amount of technical data, drawings and files, under this condition; manual management is hard to reach the requirement, it's necessary to apply with computer management.This article, on the one hand will research informatization management of electronic documents in the view point of improving enterprises' documents management, which is mainly focus on document management process and enterprise development strategy. On the other hand, it will talk about demand analyses, modeling, designing, crisis management, and process tracking in the view point of enterprise software development, futhurly combine with active Rapid Prototyping,XP, RUP to improve team strain capacity and crisis control capacity .
