Design, Human Resources Management System Based On J2ee Platform

The trend of increasing quantity and types of important information , standardization of operating processes and more specialized work in HR department in enterprises make traditional manual work and stand-al one-system unsuitable to adapt current demand of HR and management. So it is necessary to develop a new HR management system to meet this demand.The HR system in this article is realized in its early stage, while its function and properties needs further improvement to develop more operating function modular to substitute current record by manual wor k in system. At the seam time this system could be used in LINUX with open original code and change database into MYSQL, then the budget cou Id be substantially cut in adopting this system.This article, based on the development of modern HR management and by the demand of enterprise HR demand, proposes a new HR management sy stem of MVC mode based on J2EE framework. A case study of Deming Trade Company analyzes the HR management state, designs an overall structur e and function modular in detail and develops the database structure. After absorption of some successful HR management system and combinati on of Struts framework and MVC mode, this article accomplishes functio n modular of user management, archive management, salary management, a ttendance management and work hour management.
