Production scheduling with the rapid industrial development is to organize and execute the production schedule of work.lt is organization and coordination of production, making each link closely cooperate, rationally allocation of productive forces and production to ensure continuous production, improving production efficiency.However, how to schedule the entire production process to maximize efficiency in the CNG filling stations,it is of utmost concern to managers in this issue, but also is the core of this paper.In this paper, production scheduling subsystem after in-depth study, First, through field research, it is rationalizing and optimizing the business process in the stations about production scheduling,the manual process is to convert the computer manual operation process. Secondly, according to the needs of the project, this paper is implemented in the design of the underlying technology package about the data access the database.Finally, the whole production scheduling process is divided into three parts:the first part is assigned to the process:Assignment problem is solved by the maximum difference method, it simplifies the process of the Hungarian algorithm (only the calculated column);the second part is the path selection process:with a time window of the multi-path selection problem, we find that it lacks a vehicle for early arrival penalties, so this paper brings forward to the new model based on the rolling calculation principle; the third part is the process of evaluating the quality of service:Service quality evaluation model is proposed, which is done the whole process of analysis about the vehicle in operation each time, by analyzing the arrival time to determine a reasonable range, then use the "multi-level punishment" approach to evaluation of the vehicle to complete its task.This paper combined with the latest technology designes and implementes the intelligent scheduling subsystem in CNG filling stations.the system is operating on oil and gas company in the past year, it implements a master station, twelve sub-stations and eleven industrial customers on the work of scheduling management and achieves the effect of desired programing.
