| This paper developed an intelligent power supply system of military immobile communication station.This power supply system is controlled by 80C196KC single-chip microcomputer, and it includes two modular structure parts:main control module and rectifier module (six parallel AC/DC converter), the different modules are linked up with RS-485 bus。UC3855AN High Performance Power Factor Preregulator and UC3875 Phase Shift Resonant Controller are used for increasing the Power factor of input side and system efficiency;The dynamic load current sharing between the different AC/DC converter is realized by UC3907 load share controller;The input voltage and current of system are sampled to calculate power factor dynamically;The functions of alarm and protection are realized through sampling and processing the parameter such as input and output voltage and currentã€temperature of each AC/DC converter;All the running state and HMI (Human Machine Interface) information of the system are displayed by LCD EDM12864B;The software flow chart of the supervisory control system is presented. |
