In recent years, along with "Natural Gas" project, the usage of gas has been improved in many cities. The research of gas alarm system has become more and more important. In this paper, common problems of domestic alarm was resolved with Cortex M3core microprocessor, RS485communication technology and industrial communication standard Modbus RTU protocol, we can ensure that the data between the field terminal and controller to transmit reliably and stable. In software design, we mainly do a strict filtering process for the program that signal acquisition of sensor. Signal becomes more smooth and accurate, and the overall application architecture made reasonable packaging, use of embedded operating system UC/OS-II, when dealing with multiple tasks, the system of real-time and efficiency greatly. Hardware design aspect, mainly from the various modules in the circuit design and components selection and PCB layout in strict accordance with the principle of electromagnetic compatibility EMC, greatly improving the alarm of electromagnetic interference resistance, even in strong electromagnetic interference environment, alarm is still stable, accurate data transmission. The whole system has simple structure, low power consumption, high anti-interference, the advantages of high degree of intelligence.
