A Study On The Report On The College Entrance Examination In Yangzi Evening News From 2013 To 2013

The college entrance examination of China has weathered through37years ever since its reform in1977.The annual examination is not only testing the student and their parents,but also testing the media.The examination is a competition for both students and news media.In this paper the news reports of the college entrance examination of "Yangtse Evening Post" in every June from2009to2013is studied.An overall research and analysis on the form and fact of the reports has been done with the method of content-analysis, which is against a major background of the competition of local news reports on the college entrance examination.With the data statistics analysis of the reports in these last5years,the identity and tendency of the college entrance examination in"Yangtse Evening Post" is approached. We can draw an overall construction of Yangtse Evening Post’s reports of the college entrance examination on the layout,form,subject and content between the change and the constant of the post.In addition,reports of the college entrance examination is not only important educational news,but also social news,which affect the society’s understanding and attitude towards the college entrance examination.So,considerations of whether the law and characteristics of the post’s reports are scientific,whether the direction of public opinion is correct,whether the plan is proper and whether the content is balanced are in the paper,to provide proposals on news reporting activities of the examination of other media outlets.
