Along with the rapid development of computer and automation technology, the demanding of the function of automatic production line’s simulation and monitoring system is increasing more and more importantly, such as, a friendly man-machine interface, security and stability of system’s operation, a better confidentiality and real-time performance of date reading and etc. In this article, we choose the Windows operating system as the development platform, and choose Visual C++6.0as the development tool for stamping automatic production line simulation monitoring system software’s design. This topic’s research results can be applied to automatic production sets line’s industrial production of different types, different numbers of press machine. The research can be useful in improving the efficiency of sheet metal forming, production safety and reliability, in greatly reducing the number of operating personnel and labor costs as well. Main tasks of this topic are as follows:(1) First of all, the simulation monitored object JM31-160stamping process of automatic production line has been illustrated, and on this basis, the one core of the system, the high-speed plate carrying manipulator has been made the the kinematical analysis based on Matlab, which proves the reasonability of this design.(2) The design of simulation and monitoring system firstly divides the functional configuration of the simulation and monitoring system, according to the requirements of this system, and on this basis, the design of user management module, monitoring module, simulation module and database management and maintenance module will be completed then after. The four modules include10sub-systems in total, and each sub-system is designed as principles of friendly man-maehine interface, better real-time performance, and systematic safety security. Finally, the above functions can be achieved by means of flexible control, programming procedures and corresponding graphics in Visual C++.(3) The database’s design of simulation and monitoring system should be as the following. To be first, structure of the database should be defined, then the conceptual and logical design of database should be done, and in the end, the link between the simulation and monitoring system and database can be realized through the database system created by Access2000, and the ADO.NET technology, which make it possible to fetch and store of the database, and to realize the function of this four modules above.(4) This topic has made a running instance analysis of simulation and monitoring system and draws reliable conclusion after the comprehensive test based on the above research of this system, and finally makes a brief introduction to the system’s running operation, maintenance and some issues related to its development of the later stage. |
