| Cars have become an essential part of the family life for many people. Auto4S shop is a special business model with "four-in-one" as the core concept. This business includes Sales, Spare Part, Service and Survey and is a business model widely accepted in the country. With the growth of the scale of car sales, the number of customers the4S shop needs to support has gradually increased. Facing a increasingly number of customer groups, the auto4S shops need to introduce more rich and colorful service to be able to attract more customers. The membership card for each personalized member is an effective measure. How to manage a huge customer base and be able to provide personalized services for specific customers at the same time is becoming an increasingly difficult problem for the auto4S shop.Firstly literatures are reviewed on the research background and significance of the topic of auto4S shops membership card management system is analyzed. Then a detailed introduction is given on the core technology of NET platform related to the system and customer relationship management. Also the business needs of the system are discussed, and the design objectives, principles of the system and the development of the system architecture are determined based on the discussion. Then a detailed description of the design and implementation of the system is provided and the database design and system security, system code and implement effect diagram are also presented. Finally, the performance of the management system of the automobile membership card is summarized; inadequacies in the system are pointed out; and the direction of the future development of the system is discussed. This paper uses the NET platform to design and develop the4S shops membership card management system. Also, the state-of-the-art information technology is used to help achieve a scientific and standardized management for the auto4S shops membership card customer information management process. |
