With the development of China’s banking industry, not only bank network had been increased a lot, but also banks had generated many new products, in the meaning while, the market need the systems cross banks support online interaction, the banks are no longer purely competitive, they also need to enhance the incorporation. Hence the existing information system pattern cannot satisfy the requirements of the business development any more. In order to adapt to the market demand and whole bank view run mode, it is necessary to establish a new system which supports customer central basis, build a new database to improve data sharing and consistency, design a banking platform which supports branch officers to more effectively process transactions. Also the new system should be able to analyze the bank risk and ensure the bank takes with proper action to control it. In recent years, the EAI technology which is developing and improving unceasingly can help the bank to build such a framework.This paper discusses the principles and guidelines about bank integration, it should consider the old system contingency, system maintenance, also the future new subsystem feasibility. In addition, it should be designed with the advanced techniques thus achieves the longer-term product lifecycle and ensure bank advantages in the market. What is more important is we should have the common understanding that, the bank system integration is the foundation for the bank moves towards the advanced run mode, it’s about innovation in the globalized background, how to generate more profit and warn the bank risks finally brings the bank to improve into next level.This paper analyzed the bank industry needs and bank capability, and stated that multiple-layers business mode, integrated product processing in parallel cross systems, loose-coupling IT design concept. Base on a set of principles and guidelines, it designs a multiple-layers application system architecture, and data architecture to ensure data consistency, and data sharing cross sub-systems, also design a infra architecture which support standard IT solution, security and feasibility. Then it analyzed two important areas with instances, loan system explains how to integrate and re-design the product processing, in the meaning while, the saving system sample introduces the data integration and conversion flow.
