Design And Implementation Of Approval System Based On J2EE Framework

There will be a requirement to deal with a lot of approval forms in daily work. These approval requirements from different departments and different personnel. The way of effective management of the approval process with integration and automation will enhance internal management and improve working efficiency. With the development of information technology and the popularity of office automation, company need a high-performanceam and good-reliability approval system to manage approval process, also to reduce the cost of examination and approval.Based on the analysis of the various types of approval requirements, approval process, the the different approval roles, we proposed an approval management system based on J2EE framework which combined with workflow engine and rules engine. J2EE is a widely used development platform and it uses standard components and hierarchical system structure with good scalability. The workflow engine is the core technology of business process automation. It separated the process logic and business logic effectively to reduce system coupling and make the system more flexibility. The rules engine can run business logic out of application code. It uses declarative programming techniques to describe the business logic so that maintenance and expansion of the business logic more is more easily. This article describes the analysis, development and implememtation of approval system. It gives detailed analysis of the system requirements, design and implementation of the business entity framework and how to apply workflow engine and rules engine into approval system..
