Design And Implementation Of Traffic Accident Handling Business System In Fuzhou Case Information Management System

Presently, frequently happened trafic accidents and highly piled trafic cases urgethe need of an efficient way to disposal the growing traffic cases. However, thecurrent semi-manual way has severely restricted the efficiency of traffic caseshandling, in order to get rid of the inefficient way to improve efficiency in handlingtraffic cases, regulate road traffic accident handling procedures, guaranty the trafficmanagement department of the public security organ perform their duties according tolaw, protect the legitimate interests of people involed in road traffic accidents, a morepowerful management information system which is according with allthe contents of<rules on dealing road trafic accident> published by the ministry of public security, isput formard in this dissertation.This system can collect and process traffic accident information content of thevarious stages of trafic, including reception and handling, report filing, on-siteprocessing, confirmation of responsibility, punishment, compensation mediation,ending case and so on, also,this system support law related procedures in incidenthandling process, including re-identified, administrative review, penalties review, andprocedures that related to public security and criminal case handling authorities. Inthis paper, we have finished the development of function modules, such asinformation management, case handling, personnel information management,personnel processing, vehicle license management, legal documents. In order toexpand the share of information resources,improve the efficiency of traffic accidenthandling and specificat handling procedures,the interfaces to the national road trafficinformation systems (2003edition), population systems, and integrated informationsystem have also been realized in this system.
