| At present,technology of electronics and information are developing at fast speed,which contributes to the electronization of medical devices at the same time. In recent years,a large numbers of medical devices in our country are facing with upgrading.Besides,new products are also springing up constantly.Those devices will improve people’s quality of life and health level.However, to ugh problems of EMC are following.EMC problems of medical electronic products comes mainly from two aspects.One is high speed integrated chip which have fast operating frequency and low trigger level are applying to medical devices. This will result not only in enhancing the emission but also in improving its sensibility. In addition,many produces with switching power supply for reducing energy dissipation are also causing more EMI problems.Those problems are urgent to use EMC engineering technology to solve. Paradoxically,engineers in majority consider little about EMC problems when designing,which causes the product’s electromagnetic emission and ability of anti-interference can’t meet the requirements of current EMC standard,thus affecting the sales of produces.As we all know, the design of the power system has an important influence on the overall performance of a product.So this paper will mainly discuss the EMC optimization for power system of medical electronic products, thereby reducing the emission and improving the anti-interference ability. The detail contents of research are as follows:(1) EMC designs of the power system’s entry. Introducing how to design the entry of linear and switching power supply system with EMC optimization,so as to reduce the ripple of DC power system while reducing the radiation emission.(2) EMC designs of the PCB power system. In view of the high speed digital chips in working need high quality of power supply and they also case simultaneous switching noise. So this paper will focus on how to improve the quality of power supply with decoupling circuit so as to reduce the radiation emission of chips.(3) EMC designs of power system’s anti-interference ability.Aiming at the EMC optimization on products on the basis of requirements of current EMC standards for power system,which will improve the anti-interference capability of a product.(4) Through four medical product rectification cases.Introducing how to use the technology of EMC when rectifying and give some suggestions on the design of products.Through the EMC optimization of the medical electronic products’ power system, the radiation emission of products in design will be controlled at a reasonable level and also help to improve power system anti-interference ability, which enhances the overall performance of a product and its market competitiveness. |
