Network information resources is now an essential way to record information. Checking network information resources becomes common in people’s daily life, the internet encyclopedia is a form of network information resources featured as free, open and a platform for sharing knowledge. The network information resources industry in our country is a little behind developed countries, the prerequisite for achievements in this industry is exploring users’ acceptance. Therefore the study of influencing factors of internet encyclopedia users is significant. This study based on TAM model, taking internet encyclopedia as an example, established a model of how users adopt internet encyclopedia by developing TAM, this model is aimed to express the influencing factor for users adopting internet encyclopedia. This paper put forward the necessity, purpose and significance of the research by studying the background. The author get knowledge of the features of network information resources and internet encyclopedia by overviewing literatures, reviewed classical theories as Innovation Diffusion Theory(IDT), Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA), Theory of Planed Behavior(TPB), Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT). TAM is finally determined as the basic model. After modifying TAM, the author add four variables to the model, they are "Information quality", "interface effect", "economic value", "social impact", then put forward the relationship between variables, establish the model to express the behavior of users accept internet encyclopedia. Then researchers collect some data by issuing the survey which is connected to the model. The reliability and validity of the data were tested by SPSS, the data is analyzed by Amos after ensuring it is suitable. The result tells that the hypotheses verified true are Information quality has a positive effect on perceived usefulness; interface effect has a positive effect on perceived ease of use; perceived ease of use has a positive effecton behavioral intention; economic value has a positive effect on behavioral intention; social influence has a positive effect on behavioral intention; behavior intention has a positive effect on the actual use. The hypotheses not verified true are perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness; perceived usefulness has a positive effect on behavioral intention. This paper analyzed the reason why two of the hypotheses are not verified in the end of chapter four and corrected the original model. After summarizing this study, the author puts forward suggestions on the development of the network information resources industry, prospected the future research direction.
