| The paper selects the "post-SARS era" of the government spokesman discourse text in public health emergencies as the research object, to analysis the change of subject and modes of discourse, and explore the interaction between text discourse and society.The paper learns from Dick Van’s theory of discourse analysis, Investigation of government spokesman discourse text macro structure; learns from Phil Clough’s theory of the framework of discourse and system-functional linguistics of Halliday, analysis a spokesman’s modal of discourse and the tone on the microscopic, reflects social and historical context changes function on the macro.This paper argues that words can reflect social status. Firstly, the government spokesman discourse dissemination emphasis from policy advocacy progressive development of great importance to communicate; Secondly, the government spokesman, as the spread of the main body, a conflict exists between the outside of the main roles, namely, government spokesman with the media, public conflict; Thirdly, in dealing with public health emergencies, the government spokesman tried to improve from the "spokesman" to "interlocutor" changes; Finally, in the propagation mode of discourse, emphasizing professional mode, propaganda mode.Meanwhile, the paper argues that the existence of the interaction between communication and social system of discourse, discourse and dissemination of the main mode of transmission of the changes, in turn, to construct a government spokesman system. Firstly, the role of civil government spokesman tendency image is reflected from one manager to change service providers; secondly, through a spokesman,"construct knowledge","become the norm" and "shaping consensus", which reflect the ideology of discourse. |
