Research And Analysis On Dynamic Management System Of Jingxian County

The discipline inspection and supervision work of the petition report is considered as an important part of the big petition. There are several important ways to obation information for the discipline inspection and supervision departments,for eample, the letters, visits, telephone and on-line report. Therefore, the process of dealing with the report of the petition from the public and excavating the clues of the cases attract widespread attention of both supeior department and the public of all levels. In recent years, the continuous development of the situation of the petition and the rising of the people’s expectations to the discipline inspection petition work make it a problem to meet the needs of the times for the methods of the discipline petition work. Especially the lag of the extent of the petition information, to a large extent restrict the role of the petition work played in the harmonious society. In order to further protect the quarlity of the handling cases of the discipline inspection organization and strengthen the information management of the petition, it is urgent to speeding up the progress on the informatization of the discipline petition,and it is also an urgent need to promote the petition work orderly,promote democratic decition-making and enhance the level of scientific management and work.This paper introduces the research background, significance of the project and the status of research and current application of the comprehensive administrative enforcement case handling system of the Ninghai Bureau, and defines the research content and main work. In business analysis, it analyzes the problems, organization and the original processes of the system and puts forward the transformation of the business process. In function analysis, by making analysis and description with examples, it defines the function of system,and put forward the overal function diagram and sub function diagram, including sub function daigram of letters, petitions registration information processing. In the data analysis, it analyzes the data,puts forward the entity relationship diagram and establish the database table structure. Finally,it summarizes the research and make a prospection to the further work.
