Research And Analysis On The Application And Evaluation System Of Science And Technology Project Of Jiangxi Provincial Department Of Education

Appraisal and management to science and technology research projects of colleges and universities are important part of the higher education management for Education Department. Because of the previous appraisal process is cumbersome and often inefficient, and risks of information leakage are large, it can’t guarantee the confidentiality of the appraisal. During the course of the appraisal and approval of proj ect returns, we put proj ect applicatio, agency and the department of education management organically to achieve online information exchange, which can not only improve the project review, work efficiency and the management level, but also enhance the security and fairness of the project review, approval process, is one of the most effective ways.Under the background of informatization for education management, this paper made a study on the system of the Jiangxi province Education Department for science and technology project evaluation. It describes the system requirement analysis, functional analysis, and data analysis. In demand analysis part, it describes the organizational system, the status quo of business processes, and introduces network technology, the original manual processes were analyzed and modified to improve work efficiency. In functional analysis part, it firstly introduce the role analysis----different roles of the use cases and use case description, the detailed descriptions of the requirements of the system are listed; Then, based on the use of case analysis, this paper gives an overall view of the system function package and five sub-function package diagrams; In the data analysis part, this paper analyzes the data systems needed to deal with the various functions, then obtains the entity class diagram, and finally establishes relationship with the entity class diagram corresponding database table.Complying with the requirements of education management informatization, this paper analyzes the issues related to our province science and technology project management system, hoping to achieve the project information in the online submission, project information audit, project evaluation, project approval, project information inquiry, project information and project summary download and print functions. The system can actually be used in the dynamic management work of project management in Jiangxi province Education Department, and for project directors and departments to grasp the relevant information, which will greatly improve the level of project management efficiency.
