| Information technology has penetrated into every field of society. Information management system of colleges and universities era has come. Guizhou City Vocational College as the institution in the information age, its charge management still uses semi-automation management system, whose model has been unable to meet the needs of the college development. Researchers analyzed the existing problems of student fees management and the the original business process of organization through software engineering thought and object oriented analysis in Guizhou City Vocational College. They make the original charges generate management business process, payment business process, refund business process, query and statistical business process optimization, which can be constructed in new fees generating business process, pay, cost, reduction, refund, query statistics management and other new business processes. On the basis of related processes, there are seven function modules of the system, providing the corresponding feature pack, through use cases and use cases description of the system management, basic information management, fees generated management, payment management, refund management, remission management and query statistics management. The pack diagrams includes basic information management, fees generated management, payment management, refund management, remission management query statistics management and the system management. This paper futher analyzed the data which needed to be processed on the each function of the system, which gave the thumbnail of the system management, basic information management, fees generated management, payment management, refund management, remission management and query statistics management, and entity class diagram of managing system for student charging. Besides, it gave a detailed description and designed database tables of the relationship on the basis of the entity class diagram. |
