Research And Analysis On Management System Of Communist Youth League In Kunming University

With the continuous development of higher education and the continuously increasing enrolment of universities, the League numbers of Kunming University are increasing every year. It is necessary to achieve the information-based management of League members. So in order to meet the needs of management of our university’s League members and various activities, developing an office management information system of League members of Kunming University has very important significance.The thesis introduces the research background, project significance, current research and application status of the office management system of Kunming University’s Communist Youth League, and makes clear the thesis’ researching content and main work. In the business analysis, this thesis firstly analyzes the existing problems of the office management information system of Kunming University’s League members and the original business process, and gives out the reconstructive business process. The thesis has a better understanding and thinking of the entire structure and process, and illustrates the business process of real system handling by activity graphs. In the functional analysis, through the use-case analysis and use-case description, the thesis makes clear the functions of the system, including the functional modules of League membership management, event management, venue management, event registration management, announcement management, student union and associations’ management, etc. The thesis gives out the system’s overall function structure and each sub-module’s function structure diagram. In the data analysis, the thesis makes data analysis on each sub-module’s functions, gives out the E-R diagram of the system, and establishes a database table structure. Finally, the thesis summarizes the shortcomings of the research and analysis work.In the end, this thesis solves the tedious work of students, League members and administrators, effectively solves the problems of Kunming University’s League member management, and improves the level of our university’s League member management and service. Through the system, we are able to feedback information to the university’s leadership, and report to the provincial Communist Youth League, so that the university can know the League members’information and the situations of various activities easily.
