| As a most efficient way of transporting oil and gas nowadays, pipeline transportation contributes a lot to the economic development of a country. However, because of long distance and large volume, pipeline transportation of oil and gas is greatly affected by weather while going through winding mountain roads. Therefore, there are some difficulties in the operating, managing and monitoring of oil pipeline transportation. While transporting, the automatic monitoring system plays a vital role for it has a direct bearing on the safe, smooth and long term running of pipeline. With the development of automation technology, the function of automatic monitoring system for pipeline transportation has been extended extensively and thus become the comprehensive application of automation technology.This paper studied a pipeline transportation system of refined oil in southwest China and analyzed a process of oil station monitoring system by single oil station control system, an monitoring system of refined oil pipeline pumping station was created with the application in terms of system organization, hardware configuration, software programming and etc.In this paper, Rockwell fieldbus was taken as a platform, Rockwell PLC and three-dimensional control configuration software was used to design a remote monitoring system of the oil station for refined oil pipeline transportation. The communication between Rockwell PLC and configuration software are used to monitor the outlet pressure of the pipeline’s flow, pressure, temperature, real-time monitoring sub-transmission, outbound to achieve automatic switching station valve, starting and stopping pump, alarming of pump outlet pressure and other functions. By three-dimensional control of configuration software to publish real-time monitoring screen of oil station, achieving remote real-time monitoring from control center to oil station. Pump outlet pressure is controlled by motor speed regulation.Establish the system The mathematical model of the system was established to fulfill the fuzzy control and PID control and fuzzy composite. With the help of Matlab Simulink tool, the appropriate parameters are chose for the better control effect.And the dynamic performance of three control algorithm were also compared and analyzed.Using Rockwell PLC had good effects on monitoring system of the long distance pipeline system and provide guarantee for the safe operation of the whole system. |
