In recent years, more and more foreign banks step on China.In order to ensure bank’s sustainable development, major banks from all aspects trying to improve their competitiveness in the same industry.However, there is a gap in domestic banks compared to foreign banks on staff management level and no one particular standard performance appraisal standards.This is not conducive to the improvement of employee motivation, it is difficult to improve work efficiency.Therefore, banks must raise the level of staff management and norm the performance appraisal criteria established norms.Today^the global information technology continuous development,owing an employee performance management system for standardized management is an inportant guarantee for banks stay in competition in the maket still.The topic use the thought of Oriented Structured analysis and B/S mode to research and analyze Jiangxi Bank of Communications performance appraisal system conducted in-depth,this can render the system more intuitive.According to analyze the business needs of Jiangxi Province Bank of Communications performance appraisal system, I determined the staff appraisal system building models include information management, appraisal system management, performance appraisal management, employee complaints management and assessment results management five modules.it lay foundation of practical and theoretical for system design.In addition, according to the system module analysis, combined with standards of performance appraisal, performance appraisal system for the existing business and business reengineering analysis, functional structure analysis, data analysis etc.Finally,combining content requirements of Jiangxi Province Bank of Communications performance appraisal management system,we put forward the expect to further.System should not only be subject to technical and working principles, but also to achieve after the completion of performance appraisal management system is expected to build results.
