Research And Analysis On Public Opinion Management System Of Security Branch Of Zunyi Public Security Bureau

With the development of information society, Internet has reached out to millions of users. Social information travels through more communication channels, spread more fast and widely. Especially some of the negative information is often spread widely and fast within a short period of time.Even they will become a social unrest destabilizing factor that affect positive image of the government and cause the public to government hostility. Internet public opinion information could directly reflect the situation of social public opinion and the development trend. Fast acquisition, analysis, tracking, timely early warning and effective control of Public opinion on the Internet, which is good for judging and disposing some factors that could form Population Problem timely and is helpful for the effective control of the social public opinion and is helpful for building a harmonious society and create a good public opinion environment for external stability. This system contains10core functions:User management, system configuration management, acquisition configuration management, dictionary management, information statistics management, statistical analysis and management of public opinion, public opinion guidance management, report management, intelligent interactive management, micro-blog information analysis and management.This paper takes public opinion management system of Zunyi Network security detachment as the research background and makes object oriented requirement analysis for this system based on UML. This paper first describes the research background, research at home and abroad and main research contents, and then analysis the original business process of collecting public opinion, analyzing public opinion, accounting public opinion, making special topic public opinion and guiding public opinion, reengineering business process according to original business process deficiencies. Then give role design according to process requirement and use case describe to make function analysis according to reengineering business process and give packet diagram and sub function packet diagram. At last make a analysis to function data according to above analysis, include giving the entity relationship diagram and designing database table structure. The paper finally carries on the summary to the research and analysis of the work, and prospects the further work.
