All along,the employment problemismost concerned aboutthe Chinese governmentand people,it is related tothe maintenance and protection ofthe normal life ofthe masses of the peopleand their families,but also an important guarantee ofthe construction of socialist harmonious society.How to solve the difficultiesinemployment,is always the emphasis and difficulty ofthe employment problem,the currentsevere employment situation makes theproblem more prominent.In this paper, from the actual situation ofthe human resourcesemploymentaid work in Dongguan City,first introduced the researchbackground,significance of the projectandthe currentstatus of research and application.clear and the main work of the paper content; in business analysis, papers on the existing problems in the system, the organization, the original business processes were analyzed, after the transformation of the business process.
