| At present, the number of independent college archives collection is huge, but the independent college archives opening and utilization degree is low, the service function of archives resources have not been brought into full play. The needs of the development of traditional archives, archives management needs to change, need to improve the innovation of archives, archives work in independent college, I study and analysis of the archives management system of Nanguo Business College, to better promote the modernization and informatization of archives in Colleges and universities of independent college, archives information will have a wealth of digital resources, mass storage, quick search, fast transmission, high degree of openness, information sharing etc..This paper introduces the research background of Nanguo Business College archives management system, project significance and current research and application of, clearly the content and the main thesis of the work; in business analysis, the thesis of the system problems, the organization, the original there are business processes are analyzed, given after the transformation of business processes; in functional analysis, the paper by case analysis and use case descriptions, a clear function of the system, given the overall function package diagrams and sub-function package diagram of the system, including the file storage management, archives management, the archives destruction of borrowing and returning, file statistics, system management, basic data managementand other aspects of the six sub-package diagram; in the data analysis, the paper system to function the data to be processed is analyzed given entity class diagram, established a database table structure; finally done the research and analysis were summarized, and future research directions are suggested. |
