Research And Analysis Of Meeting Management System Of Shaxian People 's Government

Information technology has developed rapidly and influenced every aspect of human society since the1990’s. Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by informatization, China has carried out a series of important deployment in terms of the e-government construction, promoted vigorously the application of information technology in the field of government office, and promoted continually the innovation of overall government running mode. The Sha County People’s Government has promoted vigorously the e-government construction since2004, with several years’ effort to cover the e-government intranet in the Party and government offices of Sha County as well as the provincial and municipal units located in Sha County, and to enhance the government running efficiency based on the steady promotion of office automation. The offices of the Sha County People’s Government mainly have three functions, namely, doing article, handling affairs and doing meeting. Thereinto, doing meeting is a kind of work which has great workloads, and almost still manipulated by hands currently. With the expansion of the meeting demand and the increase in the meeting rooms, the original management pattern occupies too many human, physical and financial materials, thus lacks of effectiveness. Therefore, The offices of the Sha County People’s Government need a convenient and efficient meeting management system.This article introduces research background about the meeting management system of the Sha County People’s Government, illustrates the problems which need to be resolved in the current meeting management process, puts forward the project meaning and the current status of research and application, and makes clear the research content and the main assignment of the dissertation. This article uses the principles and methods of software engineering, and makes a demand analysis to the system. In the business analysis, the article analyzes the system problems, organization structure, original business process, etc., and gives the optimized business process. In the function analysis, through using case analysis and using case description, the article makes clear the system function, and gives the overall function package diagram and sub function package diagram of the system, including sub package diagrams about the meeting application management, meeting room application management, meeting notice management, meeting activity management, meeting material management, supervision management of the matters decided at meetings, basic information management and system management, etc. In data analysis, the article analyzes the data of each function of the system which need to be processed, gives the entity class diagram, and builds the database table structure. Finally, this article summarizes the work of research and analysis, and puts forward the further work.
